    • a frustrating increase in layers of bureaucracy

The Sentinel - 01/05/270 - CWG Lodges Complaint

Civil rights group Citizens Watching Government has filed a formal complaint against the city, seeking compensation for the "reckless imprisonment" of 84 people in the Missing Piece murder case in March.
