Theft Case Notes/OB - Notes specific to Operation Bayonet, launched against The Third Power in Ascendancy Point

In late Januray, 2007, After Scarlett Kiteway was kidnapped, Kurt McAllister contacted Helena Frye asking for help.
The conversation was productive, and Kurt sent her all information regarding the Library of Babel site.
Kurt was informed of the ensuing Operation Bayonet.

Operation Bayonet summary:
- Helena Frye was badly wounded
- Scarlett was rescued
- Officer Patrick Harrison was killed
- Officer Petra Fishcook was killed
- Academy Department of Languages Adj.Sen. Fellow Roberto Solitano was killed (3P)
- After the raid, Caine was arrested on a hunch by Violet
