• Was attacked by vandals
• May have been an altogether innocent bystander
• Was rushed to Phuah Hospital, and found to have sustained no major injuries
• Refused to press charges or testify in the case, presided over by Judge Dewson Fedental; as a result the cases of the injury and the damage to the building were closed
