:The current site is quite hard to navigate, not everything is categorised, and story arcs are quite mixed, some having a common footer template and others not. Or, at least this is how it seems to me, a relative newbie. Since [[:Category:Season2|Season 2]] has started now, shouldn't we get started as we mean to continue? A page, category for ''Hot Water'' would be good, as there seem to be many arcs coming, and this so-called 'mini-ARG' episode has already got quite big. --[[User:Edgemaster|Edgemaster]] 15:05, 13 May 2007 (PDT)

Leaked Emails?

How about a link to the Leaked E-mails in the Hot Topics section? We've been getting a lot of new ones lately, and not all of the updates are making it to the uF thread, so it'd be good to point them out here. xnera 19:29, 21 September 2006 (PDT)

Tis done! Scott

Email Addresses!

I've created a page for Email addresses, so we have them all on one list. Could we get this added to the main page somewhere? Thanks! xnera 12:10, 30 September 2006 (PDT)

Season Two

So, what shall we do for the next season? Instead of slapping a "Season One" category tag on every single page, I think we should probably just make a fresh start, to avoid the tangled web of overlapping information. That will also mean making a specific effort between now and then (March 1) to at least clean up the pages that are seriously out of date. That also means the next one will be perfectly categorized and shiny with templates, though. Thoughts? -Lhall 22:16, 12 February 2007 (PST)

Whaa? entirely new? gads no! That seems like more work than not. I would expect a lot of information will be reusable. Much of what we already know will not disappear, i expect. many of the businesses and organizations and people and things will probably be in seasons 2 & 3 & onward. And I have a fFeeling there may be some interest in reading about what has come before.
I was thinking, laura, about the you-know-what which a. hon was talking about, and i was thinking Timeline:Meta might be a good place to work out some rough ideas of order and structure. in fFact, if all of that comes to fFruition like it should, there will probably be continued interest in knowing how things work fFor some while into the fFuture.
perhaps a todo list of what needs to be done before the fFirst is in order? fFor example, a good idea would be to label certain pages as "Events". Like perhaps an infobox with event name, date, characters involved, that sort of thing. Probably arent too many of those needed.
I can easily see obsolete pages get deleted, but starting over new? yikes! Nothing ever gets implemented as cleanly as you think it should anyway, so we'd probably wind up right back where we are now with a royal mess, anyway.

I also agree that starting over doesn't sound reasonable right now. Perhaps if things are very different in Season Two we might want to rethink our strategy for the wiki, but I feel like we don't know enough right now to make large changes necessary. xnera 08:42, 13 February 2007 (PST)
