• Charged with falsifying patient records to conceal evidence of misconduct and criminal negligence on his part.
• Arrested by Police detective Tara Millar
• Hospital spokesman Georgi Stanislav claimed, at the time, it was unclear how much information had been damaged and if it had adversely affected patient diagnoses.
• The Office of Public Health has said that Yumin's license to practice medicine has been temporarily revoked, pending the outcome of his trial.
