- 06-APR-05 - A man was killed crossing this street in a vehicular crash.
- This was the first such incident in 3 years.
- 31-AUG-06 - A traffic light failed to operate properly, causing traffic to be diverted for 3 hours.
- This is the second time in as many years this intersection was the site of technical difficulties.
