Billion to One is a Perplex City card that has not been solved. It shows a picture of a man and Japanese text on the side, which roughly translates to "Find me." He is believed to have been in Kayserburg, France when the picture was taken. A few fan based sites have been created to help solve the card, such as":

Von's vague hint, "My name is Satoshi", might mean that his name is Satoshi, however, it might not be relevant.
