The Spearhead Scheme, which was announced at the end of March, is a controversial fundin agreement between Cognivia and Perplex City Council Under which Cognivia is providing all medically necessary medical drugs from its product line to city health authorities for free. It has attracted criticism from smaller firms such as Menszana on the grounds that it would push small firms out of business. Marvin Torino even goes as far as saying it is intended to push small firms out of business. This seems a too conspiracy-ish to be true. Or is it???
