Part of the annual Summer Festival

On Solstice Day, there will be a silent balloon release at Creation Park.

In past years, these biodegradable balloons have been found as far as 500 miles away!
This year, the balloons will be filled with wildflower seeds and small paper slips with messages of hope and peace written by city schoolchildren.

Ceremony scheduled for dawn.
