According to Step:
If you do not remove any letters and just ROT the first three lines you will clearly see that it says: Code: wordsearchesarethep uzzleequivalentofwa tchingpaintdrybhleg The rest of the text translates as garbage.
On the right edge of the card, next to the bottom of the word search box, there is a watermark that has a number 9 and a symbol of a diamond (possibly dealing with poker cards?)
