Vexillogy
Selection of Flags from around the world. Turning the card on its side so that the flags are the right way round the flags are in the following order: (left to right, top to bottom)

Iceland, Nigeria, France, Sark, Rwanda,
Cape verde, Turkey, Liberia, Olympics, Ecuador,
Honduras, Romania, Antarctica, Lebanon, Ethiopia,
Canada, Italy, Greenland, Ireland, Norway,
The first letter from the name of each of these countries can be use to produce a grid:

Reading this backwards produces the question "Which countries flag is solid green?"
The answer is Libya.
