General
- Maverick editor of the Perplex City Sentinel from 138AC to 156.
- Hartlin was assigned as editor by then director of the Heathcote Group, Ram Zadorin.
- Hartlin pulled the paper out of its post-Innes nadir by changing its focus from contests to accurate, professional reporting.
