- Owns the Perplex City Sentinel
- Is a subsidiary of CJM Holdings
- The Heathcote Group purchased the Sentinel in 137AC, after the newspaper had undergone a loss of sales and interest following the death of it's previous editor, Redward Innes, in 115AC.
- After the purchase, the then director of Heathcote Group, Ram Zadorin, hired editor Emmi Hartlin, under whom "the paper regained its former prominence".
