General
- Part of the annual Summer Festival
- On Solstice Day, there will be a silent balloon release at Creation Park.
- In past years, these biodegradable balloons have been found as far as 500 miles away!
- This year, the balloons will be filled with wildflower seeds and small paper slips with messages of hope and peace written by city schoolchildren.
- Ceremony scheduled for dawn.
