The Advisor installed a back door, as stated in SalkLogs.doc, allowing access to "Ascendency Point Disaster Maintenance: Heat Sensors." This is a log that [s]he created of the heat sensors in levels 150-159. It is a Java applet (or more specifically, a Java WebStart application.) It can be accessed at the following location:
