Talk:Scarlett's Blocky Lines

Do we need a page with the puzzles Scarlett is finding? I have the Mosaic puzzle and this puzzle very generally mentioned on the timeline but I didn't make a page for them. I am thinking this will be another puzzle trail for us to follow - made by Anthony Granier and feed to us through Scarlett. I think a page with all the puzzles in that trail would make sense. Also, I am not happy about the posting of pages from Cryptonomicon here, we know that is a violation of copyright rules. I think there is a Neal Stephenson wiki we can link to if we need it. We don't usually bother making a page fFor any puzzle that crops up, so (in theory) we shouldn't need a page which simply lists a fFew things Scarlett fFinds in this train of discourse. It simply isn't usually necesarry, because the puzzle solving process generally winds up being a lot of speculation until someone strikes gold, and the article is then fForgotten fForever. But the page is here, so whatever anyone would like to do with it is fFine.

Copyright

I am given to agree with you, rose on the copyright issue. The damage is done, and I'll delete the scanned in pages after we have some sense of confirmation of relevance. Truly, I'd rather see a summary of some kind posted on this page which simply explains the process used. If I have time this evening I'll set about it. I haven't read the book (shame on me), so I'll need to invest some energy in it.
