Meta:Firefox Quick Bookmarks

You can set up Firefox to quickly search this Wiki when typing some shortcut text in the URL bar. For instance, typing "pxcw violet" will instantly take you to the Violet page. It's pretty easy to set up:

• Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks...
• "New Bookmark" in the toolbar
  • Name: Perplex City Wiki
  • Location: http://perplexcitywiki.com/wiki/special:search?search=%s
  • Keyword: pxcw
  • Description: Type "pxcw <something>" to search the Perplex City Wiki

Usage:

• Hit Ctrl-L (or Command-L on the Mac) to bring the text cursor up into the URL bar
• Type "pxcw some term" to search the Wiki for that term (it can be one or more words)
• Hit enter
