Was attacked by vandals
May have been an altogether innocent bystander
Was rushed to Phuah Hospital, and found to have sustained no major injuries
Refused to press charges or testify in the case, presided over by Judge Dewson Fedental; as a result the cases of the injury and the damage to the building were closed
