  • Has been the "right hand man" to PCBC CEO Jonathan Smart
  • Is the seniormost executive at PCBC who does not have a spot on the Board of Directors
  • Was publicly favoured to take over from Jonathan Smart when he resigned as CEO
  • The seat went, instead, to Walter Cove-Houghton.
