Very sadly, this piece was entirely overlooked, and does not appear in the book. Which really sucks cos it's a right beautiful piece of prose. In a perfect world, this might appear somewhere prominent, like on the back cover. I blame myself for it's omission. That, and time constraints, which had an effect on overall quality. Happily, here it is...
