General

The Hausam Amphitheatre is a central part of Polygon Park and often hosts several performances a week in summer and spring. Seating is available for over 8000. A petition to add heating and an ultralight-weight dome (similar to that used at the Triple Wheel Stadium) for protection against the weather was started in 266 but narrowly defeated by the Preservationists.

Exact build date is a bit unclear, however it was built by early nomadic groups who first settled in the Mazy River area in 3500BC. The next several thousand years were very prolific for the city (which was at the time known as "Pur Lek") This leads to the assumption that the Amphitheatre was built in or arount 3250BC.
