  • Created by the 3P to get to Earth.
  • The porthole seems to have been up for about a minute - long enough for the 3P to get to Earth. The number of agents involved is unknown
  • At least some of the parts had been stolen or removed from the Academy. Tracing one of these parts got Anna killed. These parts had been ordered by Special Project 487.
  • Caused a massive power surge and blackout in Perplex City. This power surge had to be well-planned as most of the safeguards preventing such a power drain were disabled.
