They are an ancient society of very secret intentions. Some doubt they even still exist, but one insider claims they masterminded the Cube theft.

They have Operatives on Earth, as well is in Perplex City. They are not a new group, and appear to have connection with the Theft of the Receda Cube, but why? They have members in high places, but how high? V appears to be a #2 man, but who does #2 work for?
