• Not a lot is known about him, except that he seems to be exactly what Scarlett needs in her life.
• Is apparently able to pull in a couple of fairly sizable favors through his dad.

• According to the Prototype Expert System in Kurt's Tale From The Academy, Rory is "Nicer than you'd think, given his parentage. Though Kurt will wipe his key blank if he gives Scarlett a single day of unhappiness."
