- It is supported by massive undersea support structures which are built to withstand "near-apocalyptic weather."
- Primarily owned and operated by Mobius Development Corp
- Featured in the Tour Guide which came with the Parcels from Sente Kiteway
- Carved Bone Animals were found during its construction
